Tip: If you are going to use a build with Arcane Echo, do not use a staff with 20% Enchantments becuase the Halves Skill Recharge 20% will really messup the timing

unless you are realy good at counting down the seconds..

a martial weapon with 20% Enchantments last longer is much more reliable. also you can weild a shield to prevent some of the damage that can get through sf.
